Mindfulness Meditation means to pay homage to the moment in the greatest mindfulness. Purposeful, non-judgmental attention to thoughts, feelings, body and environment. And not at some point, but now. Mindfulness meditation also includes not judging one's own thoughts and feelings, assigning them no right or wrong. Take the pace out and face life with more mindfulness!​

Hypnotist or Hypnotherapy Coaching

He works with your subconscious mind, helping to reprogram you impulses and habits which you cant control with willpower and conscious awareness He uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The person's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out or ignored.

Hypnosis gives the power to speak to your subconscious mind, where you store the traumas and hidden motivations that can make change so difficult. Because you bypass the defensive, excuse-making rational mind, you can reach your goals quickly.

Spiritual Coaching

A spiritual coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. They work with you to change/re-direct/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks.

A spiritual coach uses a deeper, more holistic approach. They work with you on the operating system beneath your consciousness. I’m sure you’ve seen the human psyche descried as the iceberg floating in the water; a small portion of us showing to the world and a great big portion of us under the water hiding below the surface. A spiritual coach helps you go deep into the part of your iceberg that is below the waterline. When you are able to understand, work with, change and utilize this portion of your operating system, you are able to change your life.

A spiritual coach will work with root causes instead of treating symptoms. Do you want to consciously create? Do you want to own your power? Do you desire growth, progress, abundance, love, and deep satisfaction from your life? The growth that is accomplished with a spiritual coach includes connection to the divine, working with the universe, taking control of your happiness, stepping into your power, shifting your subconscious, and much much more.

Business Coaching

Business coaching is aimed at guiding a person, team or organization in different areas within the work area. This can be aimed both at the development within the same organization and at wanting to switch to another organization.

The starting point of business coaching, change or progress starts with awareness, self-insight and reflection. This creates space for learning. Then you see what suits you and what you can let go. Working from your strength and performing better so that you can freely use your talents and qualities.

Self love is about our capacity to bring love into our heart and soul.

F.L.Y. is an inner journey of pain and forgiveness, to new revelations.

It will be easier to give love and to receive love, if you love yourself first. You cannot really feel love, if you are not able to love yourself first. You have to explore your negative thoughts. They are existing in your subconscious and some of us are not even aware how these judgments are so painful and destructive to your daily life and in your heart. Some of us go to sleep with the same negative mindset, accusing you that we are somehow wrong, not enough, not okay. You received these thoughts from parents, partners, teachers, society, anyone who influenced you along the way of your life. Day after day, year after year, some feel stuck in the eternal cycle of I-am-wrong and self blaming.

In F.L.Y. I guide you step by step to discover your truth. What is it behind these negative beliefs and thoughts? What is deeper than your daily limitations and pain? What is it that really exists in your heart and soul?

F.L.Y. will take you deep inside your self, with inquiring, somatic/body realization, sharing, healing through trauma work and mindfulness meditation. You will come to realize that you are not your dark thoughts, failings or mistakes, and that your negative self-beliefs are sourced in the misunderstanding of your true nature.

The 5 levels of consciousness:

The key to growth,

is the introduction of higher dimensions of consciousness into our consciousness.

1. Problem level: The elevator blames the other and assesses his mistakes. He does not solve the problem but is trapped in this. The change to another "frequency" is the beginning of conscious thinking and life change.

2. Mental level: The problem solver initially sees the problem with itself and not with others. Your own power of thought, discipline and mental training can lead to a solution.

3. Emotional level: The "finder of possibilities" breaks away from the problems, because he realizes that there is something more beautiful in life. Letting go of old thought patterns brings new, good thoughts and strength. Feelings are perceived more.

4. Energy level: The "enabler" gathers energy.

5th Level - the "self" consciousness: It is the insight for the inner change. Despite defeats and negatives: get up and carry on.

Language is an activity of us humans aimed at cognition and communication. There are 3 types of communication.

The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn't said


Linguistic / verbal communication

In a spoken language, insofar as it uses a language system (for example English).

Paraninguistic / Paraverbal

Communication through sounds, in so far as they do not use a language system: modulation of volume, pitch, speech melody or vocalizations: throat clearing, sighing, grunts, laughter, sobs etc.

Nonverbal communication
Fall primarily communication types that use the visual medium, so in principle occur in the same communication situations as the spoken language. They are summarized under the term 'body language' and divided as follows:

  • Facial expressions - warping of the face or parts thereof

  • Gesture - movement of arms, hands head etc.

  • Proxemic - touches such as stroking or pat on the back, etc.

  • Posture - eye contact, lateral inclinations, beating of body parts, etc.

  • Habitus - movement rhythm, gait or walking speed, clothing, hairstyle, jewelry, tattoo etc.

  • Timing - dealing with time and punctuality

  • Ideomotor - uncontrolled bodily processes such as twitching, pulse, breathing, sweating, cheeks, etc...
